Parked Doc Release

Hi,

Simple scenario only I want the Parked Doc release should be done by XYZ user for only one level amount. Means Releaser (XYZ user) has to receive mail into his SAP Inbox to release Parked Doc.

We maintained Org Unit in configuration.

Do you think WS10000051 or WS10000052 correct Template for this scenario.

I tested with both Receiver not receiving any mail to his SAP inbox. What could be the problem?
