Dear,

Try MF60 - Material staging for planned orders. This will give you the allocated qty for planned orders for a component.

In MD06At the top of the screen , Define Traffic light button will be there. When you click on that you can visit the screen for defining traffic lights

Define traffic light depending on ranges of coverage

Define traffic light depending on exception groups.

You want the traffic light to be red when the days' supply for a material is <= 0, yellow when the days' supply is > 0 and <= 10 days, and green when the days' supply is > 10 days.

Enter:

Color Days’ supply

Red 0

Yellow 10

Green 999,9

You carryout the necessary settings for traffic light and save.

Try using MD06 as well. or in MD05after executing the report in MRP list: material list screen click on push button ---> define traffic light

Please try this and come back.

Hello Kailash,

The tarffic lights are for the days supply coverage & not for the available stocks...!!

So if there is no stock & no requirement for a product then is is covered for 999 days...So system ll show green here...!!

But to customize the traffic lights according to the ranges of coverage, you can use the define traffic light button in the MD04 collective access result screen.

Thanks,

Mahesh
