adding a new report to crystal add-on causing system hanging

Dear Experts,

Can you please help us in the following issue. Whenever we add a new report to crystall report add-on, it causing system to hang a bit periodically. The only way we have so far solved the problem is by reinstalling SAP B1. But this is not the solution to the problem.

Please help us to resolve the problem and oblige.
