adding a new report to crystal add-on causing system hanging

Dear Experts,

Can you please help us in the following issue. Whenever we add a new report to crystall report add-on, it causing system to hang a bit periodically. The only way we have so far solved the problem is by reinstalling SAP B1. But this is not the solution to the problem.

Please help us to resolve the problem and oblige.

Hi,

Is this happen only in a one computer unit or you have tried from other unit?.

If the situation is very much alarming please try to reinstall the Crystal Report Add-on it self let see what happen.

Hi,

Yes it is happening on all computer connected to the server. But as you suggested we shall try uninstalling Crystal Report Add-on and then reinstall the same and see what happens. We shall come back after testing that. Meanwhile appreciate any other suggestions too.
