Hai,

Requirements are getting generated for raw materials against previous production orders. - what is the settings need to be done to restrict this ?

with this even though plenty stock is available , after mrp run it is generating PR's against earlier orders , my strategy is 40.

even OPJJ i have not checked include reservations.

Dear colleague,

If the production order is sill opened the reservations are valid although they are from previous periods.

If you want to exclude the production orders you have to set the status CLSD or TECO or DLFG

If hte order is opened the resrvations will be considered by the MRP .

Only when they will dissapear from MD04 they will not be planned.

Check your availability check in MRP-3 view in material master. you might have selected KP.
