Standard Cube is not getting activated

Hi , I am installing the Standard Cube 0PP_C01, it is getting cancelled , when i am trying to install it from the Business Content ,

i am grouping in the Data Flow Before & After , Collection Automatically, install in the back ground

i have did it for 3 times
