How to stop SWUD processing

Hi All

Kindly help me in solving following 2 issues.

Issue 1

In the transaction SWUD , I have started "Switch On Container Moniter" , because of this while I am doing my normal transctions (Release of Purchase Requesitoin ) ,mail is not getting triggered to the next level but when I am doing the test run in SWUD , mail is getting triggered to the next level , I want to Switch Off Container Moniter , pls guide me how to dat,so that mail should go to the next level without going to the transation SWUD , as it was happening Earlier.

Issue 2

(before Switching ON Container Monitor/going into Transaction SWUD)

In my PR release Scenario , It has 3 level of release ,but the mail is going upto 2 level ,but from the level 2 to level 3 , mail is not getting triggered

I have used the Rule where the binding for the rule is

WORKFLOW RULE TO FIND AGENT

&PURCHASEREQUISITION.NUMBER& &PURCHASEREQUISITION.NUMBER&

and binding for the task is

WORKFLOW STEP 'OVERALL RELEASE OF Pur Req

&RELEASECODE& -> &RELEASECODE&

&PURCHASEREQUISITION& -> &PURCHASEREQUISITION&

This mapping I got after doing the Auto Mapping , but In my rule nowhere I am I am using Release Code , but while doing the run thru SWUD , it is asking for Release Code , and once I give the Release Code there , mail is getting triggered to the 3rd level .

and

WORKFLOW -> STEP 'OVERALL RELEASE OF Pur Req

&PURCHASEREQUISITION& -> &_WI_OBJECT_ID&

Pls guide me on above 2 issues.

Hi,

I guess the binding between the rule container and workflow container is not done properly. I would like to know based on what inputs you are fetching the agent in your rule? For e.g; document type, plant etc.

If this is the case you need to create rule container in your rule. Try simulating it in PFAC.

Then bind the corresponding workflow container with your rule container. And bind the rule container RuleResult with a workflow container say agent. You need to create this workflow container manually with data type as BO AAGENT.
