Hi,
How to configure a fact sheet in IC CRM 2007
Pls send the relevant documents.
How will we come to know the current configuration for active fact sheet?

Hi,
Here are the steps:
In IMG, goto CRM > UI Framework > UI Framework definition > Maintain fact Sheet
Make an entry here to create your new Fact sheet or copy from the standard BP_ACCOUNT_FS and choose the apporpriate assignments of the view as required.
In the field Global Context ID, while defining the entry, choose "CURRENT CUSTOMER" if you want the fact sheet to be displayed for the current customer that has been confirmed in the ICWEB.
Under Navigation Bar Profile
CRM > UI Framework > Technical Role Definition > Define Nav Bar Profile,
Create the navigation bar profile that you want to be part of the ZIC_AGENT role that you must have already created and then, assign this profile there.
Within the Nav bar profile, do the following,
Create a logical link, for example as
ZIC_AFS
Type - Work Center
Target ID - BSP-DLC-FS
Parameter - (the same name as the one you created while defining the fact sheet)
Class - CL_CRM_UI_FS_NAVBAR_PARAM
Title -
Description -
Now create the profile, then assign the link as a work center, then branch to "Define Generic OP Mapping" , slect the entry Object type "FACTSHEET" and maintain the entries there..
