voluntary tax

hi all

i have requirement like this.

a employee got IT deducted in the month of Apr-08 is 3000

May-08 is 3000

and in the month june he got incentive and his IT deducted is 2,30,000

in the month of July employee wants back of 1,25,000/- of tax deducted.

i have done configuration of voluntary tax deduction. and it's working perfectly. but refund case how to do this? is it possible?
