Print spool for material document

Kindly let know the procedure ,

1. How can I trigger a print spool, when a material document is posted using MB01

2. if any changes to the existing material document done, how can I trigger a print spool.

Please suggest a valubale comment on this.

Hi

For printing the Material document you need to maintain the message condition records using transaction MN21, based on your transaction type that is Goods receipt or Goods issue or Transfer posting maintain the appropriate condition record with the message type.

For generating a spool in the Communication data, donot flag print immediately check box.

At the time of GR/ GI flag the Print indicator available.

for change documents there is no config for triggering the change message output type.
