Hi,

That is what I am saying, if I understood you right.

By assigning only one planning layout to a new Planning Profile and assigning this profile to user parameters in Tcode SU3 you will achieve that the user will only see this one planning layout when he goes to Tcode KP06 for planning.

In SU3 you click on tab parameters and add parameter PPP and as value - the name of the planning profile you created.

Hi Venkat,

I think what you could do is create new Planner profile, containing only the planning layout you want and then assign this planner profile to the user parameters in user master record. SPRO - Controlling - Cost center accounting-planning - manual planning-Define User-Defined Planner Profiles

There can be also an authorization restriction if you want to prevent user from changing the planner profile himself.
