Change price fromat

Hello

In administration>system initilisation>general settings I want to modify price format from 5 to 3 digits but the system does not want to valid the change

the message is

'Can not update while another user is connected'

There isn't any other user connected

This SAP BO 2007 A

The data base does not have any transactions yet
