Hi Experts,
While logging into SAP ECC system (EHP 7 ERP 6.0) in any client, we are getting ABAP dumps.
LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND
Program "SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION not found".
Also, when we execute SE38 and SE80 tcodes, we are getting dumps.
SE38->
SE80->
Moreover, please find the screenshots for system details and kernel.

Kindly let us know how to resolve this issue.
Thanks and Regards,

You need to provide some background information before asking for help. There is no way others can help you when you don't provide sufficient information. Have you made some changes like modified some objects, dropped some tables to the system prior to this? Or is there an ongoing maintenance activity like SP update / patching? If yes then you need to wait until it is over. If you have done some modifications to the system like I have mentioned before then prepare for a DB restore.

Hi Dushyant,
Give us the background as what has changed in this system? if it is a new installation then post
sapinst_dev.log & import_monitor.log logs as mentioned by Hendrik.
If Kernel/SAP Gui is updated/upgraded recently then apply latest/older version to reproduce the issue.
If it is happening for particular user then trace his machine which is causing to this, if it is happening for all users and in entire landscape then open an incident with SAP for quick analysis and solution.

Ive seen dumps like this when the logs are full of the DB.
Also did you license it?

It looks like something went wrong during installation (perhaps errors during package import).
Please upload sapinst_dev.log & import_monitor.log from the installation.
Was it system copy or fresh installation?

Hi Dushant,
1. Have you just changed the kernel? If so, revert to the old one.
2. Have you just patched the system? If so, run SGEN for the components you have patched.
3. Restart the application instance as you appear to have a mismatch between the code levels.

Graham

Hi Bhardwaj
1. Have you try to logon in different PC or desktop ? Could you share the SAPGUI release and SP level?
2. Check the over all free disk space in ECC system in Usr, Oracle DB & Log area? check the ECC system status in SAP MMC?

Hi Sriram,
SAP GUI version is 740.
We have enough space in SAP and DB level. Moreover, the system is up and we are able to login into the system also. In fact we are able to run the tcodes like SU01, PFCG, SM59 etc. without any dumps.
We are only facing runtime dumps as soon as we login into the system and run SE38 & SE80.
Thanks,
Dushyant
