Internal error while parsing/generating: process is terminated

Diagnosis :A serious internal eoor occured while parsing/interpreting. The system cannot further process the control recipe

We upgraded from 4.6 C to Ecc 6.o and i am getting this while i am trying to release control recipe destination in a process order.

I do not have any issue in creating , releasing, confirming process order only issue i am having is with releasing cotrol recipe destination.
