PI processing speed : number of messages per second

Dear Experts,

We are in the process of choosing a middleware and hence require your inputs from PI side... as there will be many asynch messages.. we want to know the number of messages that can be handled by PI per second..

I have read blogs that talk of optimum message size etc but no mention of the numbers...in terms of messages/sec

assuming message size to be few kb and optimum hardware set up.. what is the best number PI 7.4 single stack can acheive in number of messages/sec?

Nopes..If the message flow and size are less should be possible without any issues.

It depends on number of messages flowing,message size and hardware.

There are no predefined limits.
