EHP7 Upgrade issue at MAIN_UPTRANS/STARTSAP_PUPG

Hi All,

I am facing the issue at MAIN_UPTRANS/STARTSAP_PUPG phase of EHP7 Upgrade

# Error message set: 'SAPupdbdb4.c:1014: Error message MCH3602 running 'CALL PGM(SAPDFDUPG/R3UPCHGJRN) PARM('R3DFDDATA' 'QSQJRN' 'R3DFDJRN' 'QSQJRN0003' '*NO')'.

I have already checked the: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3960018

Any help would be appreciated.

Environment: OS400/DB4/EHP7 Upgrade/SUM1.0 SP17 PL11

Hi Haressh.

Could you share the full log? check the free space on journal asp or iasp

Hey Hareesh,

I had the same issue and I had to backup and clear out the journal receivers in R3<SID>DATA/QSQJRN. Leave the attached receiver there and restart the SUM tool. It should work after that.
