Adding entries in SM30 asking me transport request

Hi All,

I have a custom table (Z table) and we have table maintenance created for the same. Now, we have created transaction code and provided SM30 as launching transaction for the custom table.

Now when we try to add or change entires using transaction , SAP is asking us to create transport request?.

I am not sure where is the issue.
