what could be the reason a client copy in background is cancelled

I wander what could be the reason a client copy in background is cancelled each time I ran it.

In source client there is no restriction against client copy.

i created new client 401. I ran it from target client (as user sap*) in background with profile sap_allI opted simulation to check space/consistecy...

Also there is notthing in scc3

It is an IDES system
