Log in Issue management

Hello -

I would like to know if there is a particular action to take for the log to populate under the "processing information" tab. Configuration/Security?

Currently, the log only uopdates when the status is set to "complete"

Please let me know

    Hi Nadine,

    I am pretty sure, its because you "action profile" for the CRM transaction Type SLFI is not set to SLFI_ACTION_PROFILE...

    Set that in SPRO->SAP Ref...and there below CRM->Transactions->BASIC Settings->Define Transaction Types. select SLFI and add the action profile SLFI_ACTION_PROFILE...

    Once you do that, it will start logging everything and will also send you an email with each change of processor.

    That will definitely work...

      Hi -

      Thank you for your response.

      I am in the process of incorporating that change, however, I get an error stating "Enter a valid organizational Data profile Identifier"

      Can you please give me the remaining steps to complete the configuration?
