Crystal Auditor rpts vs webi auditor rpts

We've been having problems installing BOE XI R2 SP4 Auditor Sample reports. (cases#95805 & 1030629) because when importing sample reports... errors indicating that we need webi license was presented. Further investigation identified our environment was for BOE XI R2 Pro for Crystal Reports Only. Acct Mgr indicated that there are Auditor Sample Rpts for crystal only and for webi.

How do I distinguish between sample auditor reports for crystal only and for webi? Acct Mgr didn't know. And, where can I dowonload them. The reports that we've been using were from a support tech working our case....

Rush,I entered a case#1030629 to expedite the licensing troubleshooting

and had been suggested to contact acct mgr.....Licensing had indicated

that our licensing (boe pro for crystal only) / environment was not

compatibile with webi...

acct mgr indicates that there are two versions of auditor reports. One

that are crystal and compatible with our environment and ones that are

webi that are not. Evidently, the ones we're importing are for webi.

However, I do not know how to disitinguish between the webi auditor

report samples and crystal auditor report samples and neither did our

acct mgr. Can you help on that in any way? I'm searching out on ESD

now for auditor samples for crystal only ....
