My Registered Items

Hi,

The My Registered Items contains all items from the customer equipment card, but all columns (except item) are left empty.

And off course the serial no. is not displayed. Is it possible to have this visable?

Kind regards,

Andy Grootens

Hi, its me again.

In the UsersAccountParts table is all information I need, but how to get it on the 'My Registered Items' page?

Hello Andy,

The registered parts functionality existed separately in webtools prior to the full synchronization from business one. I believe there were intentions to replicate the card completely, but this has not been approached yet.

As far as I know, you would need to write a custom control to pull the rest of that information.

Hello Andy,

We had the same problem. All the data you need is in the tables you mentioned, but the tables are not connected like in SBO. To show all the data you would like to your customer you have to create your own screen.

As we added UDF in SBO with additional information about, in our case, instruments, we also created a link between these UDF and Webtools. Beside that we also created searchfields, so that it is easier for the customer to search for an instrument (e.g. search by serialno.)

As James mentioned there are no plans in the near future to develop it the same way like in SBO.

Best regards,

Tim
