Service Desk - making the subject field in alphabetical order

I am using Service Desk for SAP and non-SAP issues and we have populated the Subject drop down in the SLFN support ticket transaction with some information. However when we look at the drop down list it does not appear in alphabetical order. Can anyone advise on how to do this?

The contents of this data is currently configired under the CODES section in SPRO.
