Dear Murtuza,

Try the below steps:

1. Make sure that all the users are logged out.

2. login using Superuser Account.

3. Open Journal Entry and Perform the Form Setting.

4. Close the Journal entry Form and Open again. This time the effect must have taken place.

5. Check on another machine and user.

Hi

You can create and design various types of journal voucher templates in Excel and post them to SAP B1 directly.

Which means that you can only put the fields that your customers wants.

Also saves license fee.

Hi,

The row format should be disabled because this table is a row level table. There is no need to duplicate two identical setting.

I have checked on my A version. it should be no big difference. The greyed out part is Active. But Visible is there for you to check or uncheck. I can uncheck them and it will not auto checked when I reopen the form next time.

You have to make sure you have only one session logged in. If you have more than one session, things will not be predictable.

Thanks,

Hi Gordon,

Thanks for your reply. I have checked what you have suggested in that case also same thing is happening what i have mentioned earlier. So is there any alternative solution for that because my client is quite eager to hide that fields.
