Prevend UD (QA11) without Review (QE12)

In our business process, we have created three levels for Result recording, Review and UD through QE11, QE12 and QA11 respectively.

My requirement is when the Review (QE12) is not carried out or incomplete while doing the UD (user decision), the system should not be allowed to do UD.

Hence Analyst QE11 : Should have authority to valuate the results after recording,means the status of MIC after QE11 shall be "3".

Supervisior QE12: Shall have authority to lock the results after review , means the status of MIC shall change from "3" to "5" (Processing is completed)

Approvar QA11: System should not allow to select the UD code for if any characterisctics is pending for processing.

you can assign status profile.

so that uou can prevent UD without result recording.

Hello,

You can use user profile for preventing the UD untile the MIC is having 5 stage
