Does anyone can help me, if our salesperson wants to make sales order on client's site and upload the data later on at sap server at office..Does SAP business one have build in module or must buy add on ?

SAP does not have any tools for offline transactions. You have to look at Addon's

are there any available add on on market? if i using stand alone outlook integration is it tap to server?
There are a few I remember seeing but I am not sure how good they are. You would need to investigate on them..
