Information about a Deleted User

Hi there,

We are on ECC 5.0 with Oracle 9i on Windows 2003 Server. We had mistakenly deleted a user. Now, we are being told to create a new user and assign all the roles to him, which were earlier assigned to the old user (which does not exist anymore).

How to proceed? We deleted the old user 2 years back.
