Special characters in items transferred from Chinese Punch-out catalog

Hi,

While transferring items from Chinese Punch-out catalog to SAP SRM, the chinese characters in the description are getting replaced with some special characters. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Here is a sample of Chinese text and the one with special characters.

Original Text: 3M(3M)思高(Scotch)牌固体胶棒

Transffered text: 3M(3M)˼##(Scotch)#ƹ##彺## (#6008)(

Hi

You can have to republish again all the Template in the ITS (Internet Transaction Server)

This will solve the poblem

Thanks for your response. All other fields are appearing in Chinese. Only this field is not getting mapped properly. Not sure if it is a template issue.
