Special characters in items transferred from Chinese Punch-out catalog

Hi,

While transferring items from Chinese Punch-out catalog to SAP SRM, the chinese characters in the description are getting replaced with some special characters. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Here is a sample of Chinese text and the one with special characters.

Original Text: 3M(3M)思高(Scotch)牌固体胶棒

Transffered text: 3M(3M)˼##(Scotch)#ƹ##彺## (#6008)(
