Hi,

I want to do configuration for Contract Release Strategy based on Plant and Value.

Can you tell the steps how to do contract release strategy.(Table name ? ).

Hi ,

Use the following steps to defines release procedure for contract doc. as per your requirement;

1. Define the characteristics & assign the value to the characteristics using CT04 t-code, u can use the table CEKKO & fields WERKS Plant, GNETW Total net order value.

2. Define class using CL02 with class type 32 & assign characteristics to class.

3. Difine release group for your object and assign class to release grp.

4. Define release code.

5. define release status.

6. Define Release strategy for your object.here you have some determination like release prerequisite, release status, classification & release simulation.

thats it, this is the way you have to define release procedure for your requirement.

For Purchsing documents like contract you can use the Structure CEKKO

fields needed to be used are:

WERKS Plant

GNETW Total net order value

BSART Order type (Purchasing)
