I have employees who worked for my company, who left the company for a year or more and then returned. If an employee started on 1/1/2014 and left in 2017 and came back in 2018 SALDO is showing they 4 years when it should really show 3. How can this be resolved? Also because they did not work in prior year they are not entitled to any vacation this year but I want them to generate a accrual vacation quota as if they had 3 years experience. Is there a way to separate the way vacation and vacation accrual quotas are generated?
