Cost Center and GL account search in the shopping cart

Hello All -

I have set up 2 cost centers as an attribute for User A. I have selected one of the cost centers as the default. I have also defined GL accounts by product category in config. I am on SRM version 5.0.

When I am in the shopping cart, if I click on the binoculars next to the cost center field, I get a message "Display not possible (inconsistency in the input help)" Is there something that I am supposed to set up so that the input help appears on the cost center field? The same is happening on the GL account field.

Hi Jane

Can checkup via WEB settings->attributes as costcenter* and your backend system?

Are you geting two cost center here or not?.

Can you see setting in the web page before you create a cart?

HOME HELP SETTINGS LOG OFF

just click the settings and follow the below

attributes as costcenter* and your backend system(SRMPRTXXXX)

When I go to attributes, it says no values found in that section. And it doesnt let me click on anything in there.

Hi Jane

You must select costcenter* and select correct logical system.

as per standard you must get a pop up FIND ACCOUNT ASSIGNMENT DATA popup.

i just want you to check how many cost center s you are eligible .

Sorry Muthu -

I am a little confused on where I should do this. I put in 2 cost centers in attributes in PPOMA_BBP.

On the attributes section on the web, I dont have an option to do any sort of search. I will try and send you a screen shot so you can see what I am looking at.

Thanks for all your help. I was able to get a dropdown of the cost centers from the backend system by adding my backend client in the RFC destination (dialog). I only had it listed under RFC destination. It works, now I am trying to understand why it wont give me the 2 dropdown options that I have listed in the attributes for CNT under PPOMA_BBP. I have opened a note with SAP.
