Central CCMS monitor not available

Hello experts,

I've installed PI7.1 and getting this error in RWB Component Monitoring. I can monitor my system(both ABAP & Java instances) in RZ20 and followed the necessary guides for configuration but still cannot resolve this issue.

Please guide me on solving it. Thank you.
