Solution not replicated to SMD

Hi,

we are trying to configure SMD.

But the solution created in DSWP is not replicated to SMD.

Below are steps done

-> system and databases are replicated from SLD and i have created system using SMSY and assigned logical components

-> created a solution in DSWP and assigned system through smsy -> solution groups and logical components -> solution Landscape -> added system to the defined solution (put in solution).

Executed upgrader using http://hostname:5XX00/smd -> Diagnostic setup-> Diagnoistic system -> Advanced setup -> Upgrader and also run setup wizard several times but till now unable to see the solution under manager system.

solution manager 7.0 with stack 17 and we cannnot execute SMDIAG_WIZARD.

Please let me know if i am missing any steps or configuration.

I just went through the same thing. My problem turned out to be that I did not have the Software Components filled in on the system. I selected the "from Main Instance" to populate the components and saved. My new solution and system showed in SMD after that.

we were not having complete hostname in SMSY and we updated it and it worked.
