Which Services required for CRM 2007 IC first start

Hi Guys,

since some days we try to start our CRM 2007 IC. The 'crm_ic' - service and all pending services are runing without any errors. But in the IC Web Client we just see a poor frame with some standard buttons (e.q. Hold, Connect, Dial...). The complete navigation bar, the worspace area and the systems message area are missing.

Are there some services we have to activate in addition? Or is there another hint...?
