BEx / Excel crash

Hello All,

After opening a query or a workbook, when I right click on "Key Figures" and then I select "Select Filter Value", BEx crashes.

Both BEx and the Excel application close without any warning.

Please, do you have any idea about how to fix it.

I saved the original query with another name and I have used this new query on my workbook. The trick works.

Anyway I'll apply the latest SP.

Try to run the query through the Query Designer and execute it on the web.

And See what you get.

If you are SAP GUI BI7.0, its a know issue, ".net" frame work in windows cretas this problems, we had a terrible time with this front end issue...

there will be so many issue waiting for if you are using SAP GUI 7.0, SAP also telling the same..

make sure you have the latest SP for the front end. We used to get a lot many issues such as this and upgrading to the latest SP for the front end resolved these issues.
