Crystal Reports XI upgrade to R2

I have CR XI R1 and have been told the upgrade to R2 is available to download but I can't find anything specifically called an upgrade from R1 to R2, just Service Packs and Hot Fixes. Please can someone tell me if there is a seperate upgrade download or will the latest SP also act as the upgrade? Thanks.

You can download CR XI R2 SP2 from [here|http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/service_packs/crystal_reports_en.asp#CRXIR2]

Click on - Service Pack 2 - Full build - ZIP - 1.03 GB - released April 2007

Then install the latest service pack i.e. [SP4|http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/additional_downloads/service_packs/crystal_reports_en.asp#CRXIR2] (latest servixce pack).

Click on - *Service Pack 4

Service Pack 4 - Incremental Patch only - ZIP - 448 MB - released June 2008*

Hi Eric,

CR XI R2 is a separate product and you will have to download from Business Objects / SAP support portal site. I am sure, by applying service pack or fix pack to XI will upgraded to XI R2.
