ERM5.3 - Risk analysis failed; system XGP does not exist in RA&R

Hi All.

I am attempting a Risk Analysis in ERM 5.3. On the Risk Analysis screen, Analysis Criteria -

Analysis Level - Role

Analysis Type - Transaction

System - XGP (GRC production)

When I click on Go, this is the error message I receive -

Risk analysis failed; system XGP does not exist in Risk Analysis and Remediation

XGP does exist on RA&R. Eg - When I do a drop down on Management View > Risk Violations > System XGP appears and I can do a successful Risk Analysis on XGP.

Has anybody had and resolved an issue like this before?

Is your connector name in RAR identical with that in CUP?

The risk analysis web service uses the connector name in CUP as a parameter for RAR. If the connector IDs are not identical, this error will occur.

I just found SAP Note 1085586 - Risk analysis failed which I am using to resolve the issue.

Hi Frank.

It seems that I jumped the gun.

I have not yet managed to resolve my issue. I have checked and rechecked that the connector in RA&R agains connector information in CUP - the test connections works perfectly!

Is there anything else that I can check?
