Fahit,
Create separate groups, each for Students & Teachers. So all your students should belong to student group and so.
Create separet desktops, Student Desk & Teachers Desk...which has the required framework & initial home pages..
Modify the main rule so that Student group gets Student Desktop when any of the student logs in. Same case for Teachers.
Ask your network secutiry guys to create 2 DNS aliases for your portal, pointing to the same Portal Server. Then you should be good to go.

Hello John & Bala,
thank you for reply. i have tested with Role and Group conditions successfully. When i pointing the two DNS aliases (student.portal.de and tutor.portal.de) to the same Portal Server, should i also success with below conditions right?
http://www.koekce.com/fko1.JPG
IF URL Alias = student.portal.de
THEN Portal Desktop = pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/StudentDesktop
IF URL Alias = tutor.portal.de
THEN Portal Desktop = pcd:portal_content/every_user/general/TutorDesktop
Thanks & Regards,
FK
Hi,
If you write rule according to group or role, that itself would be sufficient since you have already organized the students and tutors to different groups and assigned them to desktop. This condition itself would work fine. URL alias rule is not needed until you maintain the group. But in case some tutor who has not been added logins, then desktop may not come as required. In those cases, you can add rule for URL alias also.
