Work Order Log

Hello Guru,

Can you help me with my problem, how could we see the missing changes/log in our work order? because as we check the document change log for our work order is the last display log was on 28.11.2008 (10:15:15) currency was change, but when we look at the overall completion confirmation for the work order is it had a confirmation at 28.11.2008 (10:52:11) we cannot find this changes on our work order! any transaction code or table that we can see all the entire activities/changes/log with this one work order? please help.

Hiii Ryan

You can View the actions on the order using the _ACTION LOG_ function for the order. To check this open the order in change/display mode & go to Extra -

---

> Document for Order----> Action log.

thanks for this, but i have done it already, we are wondering by doing this the last changes recorded on this is at 10:15:15, but we can see confirmation done at 10:52:11 how could we locate this in the log? we want to have this seen in the log.

hi

i think it will display as order status as confirmed ,kindly check .in the Action log .kindly check whether you have marked the order change documents has marked for the order IMG settings

Dear Ryan

See The changes records the changes made in the order. Action log records the actions completed against the order. Now The last changes made on the order is 10:15:15. That means the order opened in IW32 transaction & made some changes to it at 10:15:15. Confirmation comes under action taken on the order & it will get recorder in action log & that it why these are two different thing & need not to relate with each other.

Hi,

In the Action Log you will only see status changes caused by the confirmations - status values changed to partially confirmed or confirmed.

To see the actual confirmations, select the menu option:

Extras - Documents for order - Completion confirmations

Completion of confirmation (No object selected when i try it.

all changes to work order is been recorded only at 10:15:15 but the changes done at 10:52:11 is still not found.

Whether the status of the order is changed to (CNF or PCNF)?Any user status maintained?

Hi Ryan,

It means the order is not confirmed.Thats why its not showing the log for confirmation.Try to do the confirmation again and see whether the system allowing for confirmation

Hello,

we have done 2 times confirmation with this order, and both this 2 confirmed activity was also 2 times we reverse, but this actvities we ave done at 10:15:15 was been registered in change log of the work order, but we repeat again this activities we confirm again 2 times at time 10:52:11 and 11:01:20 and we also reverse this 2 confirmation again. now this confirmation/reversal is now did not reflect to the change log of the Work Order, how this happen?

Hi Ryan,

Is it because of the problem with layout for Time confirmation log.See whether any user specific layout is saved as default setting for it?

hi

confirmation is a separate action for the work order, it is not change document.Action log will only contain the changes made to the order .if you want to find the confirmation details ,then from the order menu select extras>documents for order>Document flow
