Not able to view data in "Actuals Qty" keyfigure in planning view in SAP IBP

Hi IBP Expert,

I have loaded the data through templet in keyfigure- "Actuals Qty" but when i load the data in planning view it says there is no data.

and then i selected below keyfigure in planning view: it shows the data in other two keyfigure but not in Actuals Qty.

Actuals Qty Actuals Qty Adj. Actuals Qty Prior Yr

Please help what is reason why the data is not getting displayed in Actual Qty keyfigure.

Hi Jeet

Assuming that you have updated the right KF, using the right template and correct date format in the csv sheet. Please check the the base planning level of the "Actuals Qty" KF and ensure that the period id and MDT (with root attributes) assigned to the planning level is the same that you have selected in your planning view.

Other possibility could be wrong date format in the csv file, that you used to update the KF.

If above points are taken care off and still you are getting the same issue, please share screenshot of the "Actuals Qty" KF, the base planning level and the date format.

But

if you are referring to the standard KF "Actuals Qty" in UNIPA, then please keep in mind that UOM conversion is something that you need to check, as mentioned by pallavi.

Hi Jeet,

Making a guess here but assuming that you have UOM Conversion enabled in Actuals Qty Key Figure, make sure that it is not marked as stored in the request level. This is to make sure that multiplication with UOM Conversion factor goes through.

Few Question here just to understand your issue.

1> Data which you are viewing in the Actual Qty Adj is exactly the same you have loaded in Actual Qty.?

2> Have you done any changes to above standard KF at calculation level ?

Suggestion:

Just ensure while loading from excel template by mistake are you not loading into Actual Qty Adj INSTEAD of Actual QTY.
