Qty balances are not sufficient in the Register

Dear consultant,

I am facing one problem for import purhcase return.first we created a po then did a MIRO and booked a customs invoice only and then captured it against purchase order and after that done MIGO with reference to po and then posted it in J1IEX .

Then we created return delivery by 122 movement type and doccument got generated and again did cancellation by 123 movement type now again trying to do return delivery by 122 the system is throwing an error as "Qty balances are not sufficient in the Register".

I tried to update the qty in register by j1i5 against 123 material document generated but system is not showing any entry to update pls help me out as this is a high priority issue.
