Add language to material

Good morning experts!

makt.pngMy request is to be able to add the Italian language to a material created in a French SAP system. The reference table should be the MAKT. Do you have to force the table? Thanks in advance to how many of you will be able to help me.

In attached an example of the materiate created for the other languages. Italian is just missing.

Hi Simone

You can achieve this by maintaining additional material description using MM42 (assuming you are in Retail system).

On change material basic data screen select "goto additional data" button and maintain language and material description under short text tab. It should appear in your MAKT table then.
