How can I export informations(String/char) into a ASCII- FILE ?

Hi all there,

i must programming in Solution Manager an Abap Programm, that take all infortmation from a Service/Supportmessage ( For example: Username, short text, error message ) and must export this informations to an ASCII u2013 File in an Aplication Server.

The ASCII-File should not save to the PC it must save everywhere in a File in the Aplication Server.

But i need for this functionality an applicable BAPI or FUNCTION.

Which BAPI/ FUNCTION can create and export the informations into an ASCII-FILE `?
