Copy Functionality for SAP MDGC

Can anyone help me know how can the copy functionality work to for copying a customer via SAP MDG, i.e maximum data is copied?

see note 2020896. The attached document about BEC (BOL Entity Cloner) describes how you can adjust the attributes being copied.

I want to apply 2020896 Note. Could you please guide me a more? First, I need to apply prerequisite 8 note and then manual activities 4 and my last step to implement this 2020896 note?
