Smartform Change Request Not getting Generated

Dear SAp ExPerts,

After Doing the changes in the Smartform and activating the same, the TP request is not getting generated.

How to transport the changes in the Production

hi,

check in SE03 whether there is already a transport request available which

is not released then you can use it and move to production.

or check the pacakge of program if it is $tmp,save in some package it

will ask for request then use it to transport.

Hi,

There may be 2 problems,

1. It may be developed as Local object ($tmp)

2. Or there may be any other request pending related to the smartform.

Just check the following steps.

go to SMARTFORM Transaction give the name in the menu --> GOTO --> Object Directory Entry.

a new pop up window appers in that check the package and also click on LOCK OVERVIEW. which gives the Transport request number assigned to it.

Goto Se03 then goto change object Directory entries

or else you can copy that smartform to another z(form)

then you can assign the transport request by creating a new one and then

change the form name in nace t.code

and then release it.
