cumulation of /560

hello gurus

can somebody pls tell me why /560 is getting cumulated every month,it is not showing the current months net pay.

it is cumulating with last monts and showing me addition of the addition of two months.

Hi

I think you are running the payroll for 2 or 3 months together. Run the payroll for individual month, then /560 will come correctly and it wont cumulate in other months.

And also check infotype 9.

u r right /560 will get cumulated if run for more then 1 period,

in the case of single payy roll period run /560 gives the right amount

I belive with exit from the payroll period you are evaluating the next payroll period

maintain the necessary IT 0,1,3,6,8,9,581-590 and do posting before exit.
