Dear PP Experts,

We have two requirements.

To carryout automatic TECO for a list of production order .

Production order should not get releases if it found any missing parts.

Please advsise how to proceed.

Hi,

Automatic Status change to TECO is not possible in Standard SAP.But you can change it in MASS.

T.codes are CORM.COHVP.

Regarding your second question

This can be done by T.code OPJK.Go to this t.code select Plan,order type and Transection type (1 - Order Creation , 2 - Order Release).Then go to details.

And For Release Material Select Option 3 - No release if Parts are missing (For Order Relase)

Hi,

Through T-code COOIS you need to select the technically complete. Then based on the order status you can process in TECI in mass.

Through T-code OPJK you can control the order if missing parts. For that you need to select the Release material field as "3" no release if missing parts.

This way you can control.

Hi,

1. Use the T.Code: COHV, select the Order range and select Technically CompleteFunction in the Mass Processing Tab page and execute.

2. In OPJK: for your Plant, Order Type combination and Business Function 2:

Select In Mat . release Select 3: No release if parts are missing.

For TECo try transaction COHV this is used for collective TECO for orders.

for the order not to release which has missing parts you need to do config that while order release the system shd check parts an ddo not release the ordert if it has no parts. It is in SPRO.
