how to fix MM_MATBEL delete Job cancellation Issue ?

Hi Experts,

I have done archiving for MM_MATBEL.while archiving delete job got cancelled due to below errors.

Archive file 000021-001MM_MATBEL contains errors from offset 49,520,126

1 archive file(s) were not successfully verified

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE.

Please help me on to resolve this error.

AS_AFB is the transaction for archive file browser.

You can find the record that causes your trouble via the following way

cite from help.sap.com

"In the archive file overview, choose Find.

in the dialog box, enter the file key 000021-001MM_MATBEL.

If the system does not find the file, check the filter settings in the archive files overview.

Double-click file key 000021-001MM_MATBEL.

In the Offset field, enter 49,520,126 and confirm your entry."

It seems as if the archived data is corrupted or not equal to the database. Compare it, maybe you can see a difference.

Usually the archive is then marked as invalid and you need to redo the archiving. You may consult with SAP Support as there is no note/KBA explaining this process after such error.
