Hi

Please check the material block indicator it may be block foe external procurement in purchasing view. 1. If it is block in purchasing view then it is blocked for particular plant. (keep it blank)

2.if it is block in basic data 2 view then it is blocked at client level (keep it blank)

3. Also check in MM06 if its flaged for deletion.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

When trying to create a article master i am getting this error and also there is no block status set in any views. We have not yet created the article master itself so i have not set any deletion flag in MM06.

Hi Kumaran,

While creating article master, if the fileds is not ready for input data in MRP Type the options is

1. Check for table-field MARC-DISMM, check out for the value table, wheather this domain is active or not. in the values table T438A for MRP Type is updated or not, if this is not updated then updated the value table. If it is updated then you can find the list,

2. Check for search help for the MRP field used for testing in dev / Qty Server. if possibe debugg /h and find F4 to view the list.

3. If you have no problem with Customization, then i guess this may a typical Authorisation / role problem, as the message indicates, so provide the special authorization for the user to view and populate data.

Hi

Thanks for the reply

I checked the domain value it is listing and we are doing it through development only.

I checked with basis point also there is no problem from them side.

Thanks

Hi Kumaran,

The search help which is passing for this MRP type domain has to be blank in development server.

debugg the artical master for field MRP type F4 and check it. F4 popup has to be displayed.

Hi

Creation mode itself system is listing the all standard RP type for article master.

RP type is there but it gets vanished when save the transaction.

Hi Kumaran,

OK, if this the case then you have to deactivate the BADI if any which is diminishing the values list. else look for the Article master program for RP type field and provide the break point in the change mode.
