Hi All

Can any one tell me how we can check the amount of PO for that qty while doing MIGO transaction.

For Example we can see amount in local currency in display mode.

Hi Manjunatha

Your requirement can be fulfilled if you visit the Purchase Order Data Tab, in Detail Data, in MIGO.

Click on the Icon besides Purchase Order, which will display Purchase Order History and you can view "Amount in Local Currency there".

Hi,

While entering Goods receipt in MIGO, you can check the PO amount from the PO data tab by double clicking the PO number.

If your question was to see the GR amount after posting the GR. In MIGO -> header details -? Doc Info tab -> click on FI documents. Here you can see the amount for the quantity posted.

Hi

The PO amount can be checked only by clicking on the purchase order and navigating to the PO screen and checking for the conditions and taxes.

Here we can check only for the basic price value and the taxes % instead of the actual GRN value bcoz the GRN qty and the PO qty may vary.

In display mode u r getting the value bcoz system calculates the value acc to GR qty only after u save the MIGO. Hence the resriction.
