Item Delivery Own Stock is picking Consignment Stock

Hi All,

I am creating a delivery for SO for own stock.

In the delivery creation, the stock determination is able to read the available own stock stock batch, which is the second line:

The first line is consignment batch, which is not relevant, and the the stock is not available either.

But in the batch determination, the system picks up the consignment batch in the first line, which is wrong. The system also tells that the consignment stock is available, which is also wrong:

How to correct this?

Did this ever work before or is this your first attempt to customize stock and batch determination?

It seems that you neither have a stock determination active nor selection criteria setup and no availability check as well.

I have checked the stock determination. Both own stock and cons stock are in the same storage location. In my understanding, it is best if the two are in separate sloc. Is this correct?

Also, I am thinking to use the selection criteria, where first I create two separate strategy and then I assign each selection criteria with the * (wildcard) concat with the batch code for either own stock or cons stock.

But still need to figure out how to trigger them differently.

whats best? best is if the SAP system mirrors the reality. If you have only one storage location in reality then one storage location works in SAP too.

How do you use your batches today? Why did you setup your material with batches? How do you use them, on what criteria, in reality?

We use the batch to identity the stock by the receiving period and the special stock or own stock code. We use manual numbering to identify those two characteristics.

There are 5 buttons that provide information which is needed to analyze the case:

Actual stock:

For strategy info: charateristic sorting by batch, vendor number, and stock determination priority (LOBM_BPRIO)

For selection critera: no result, because "Selection class xxxx does not contain any selection criteria."

Your first screenshot in the reply has 4 lines and each line has 3 dots at the end, this means that there is more info behind, hence you either need to double click each line or to place the cursor on a line and use then the buttons at the bottom to get to the detail.

I can only expand the first line. No data on other lines:
