Time management

Hi,

When i am trying deduct leaves for some period the system is showing

Deduction rule 3/08/A/010 (T556R) does not exist or is not valid on 01.11.2008 but when i checked this table all the enteries are there from 01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999

can any one help on this
